If you notice your DRs are displayed as 'Currently Not Trading', it means you have yet to complete the Captin onboarding process. It is important to complete the onboarding process to make your securities tradable.
Once you have successfully completed onboarding and your account has been approved, your DRs will be made tradable at the next scheduled book-entry time. Here, you can read the frequency of the book-entry times.
We recommend you complete the onboarding so that you will gain access to the trade in your DRs. If you need assistance with completing your onboarding, you can consult the Manual for opening a trading account.
Please contact Triodos Bank, if you currently do not have a trading account at Captin and you do not wish to trade depository receipts through Captin, and also if you want to transfer your portfolio to another bank or broker.
