Closing your trading account is simple. Follow these steps:
- Ensure that there are no stock certificates in your account, and that there are no outstanding balances.
- Submit a request to close your account. You can do this through our convenient form on the support page or by emailing triodos@captin.nl.
- In the email subject, mention "Closing trading account [portfolio number]."
- Include in the message your portfolio number, name, and date of birth.
Once we receive your request and all requirements are met, we will close your trading account for you. You will receive a notification when we process your request. Please note that it may take up to two weeks for your account to be officially closed.
Make sure you download all your financial documents before your account is closed, as this option will not be available afterwards. Think about your dividend statement.
