If you want to cancel your order before it expires, please contact us at 088 – 123 2409. We will ask for the instruction date, quantity and price limit of the relevant order. You can find the details about your outstanding order in the platform under Orders > Open. Having received your cancellation request, we will initiate the cancellation of your order. Please note: this may take up to several hours. When cancellation has succeeded, the order will disappear from under Orders > Open and can be found under Orders > History.
Please note: when you wish to cancel an order, we will do our utmost to process this for you. However, due to direct trading on Euronext Amsterdam, we cannot guarantee that your cancellation will be successful. The order will expire automatically if no buyer comes forward on Euronext Amsterdam within 10 days.
