- The new 'Captin Broker Triodos Depository Receipts Order Processing Agreement and Conditions' contains several legal amendments. Below we mention some of them:
- Triodos Bank Depository Receipts will no longer be listed on the MTF platform, but on Euronext Amsterdam.
- The Captin Trading Rules and Captin MTF - Rule Book will therefore no longer apply.
- We will transmit the orders we receive from you in Triodos Bank Depository Receipts to another broker for execution on Euronext Amsterdam.
- If you wish to trade in Triodos Bank Depository Receipts on Euronext, you will need to agree to this new agreement and conditions the next time you log in to the Captin platform. You do this by simply placing a check mark and confirming.
