How can I register for the waiver?

Registering for the waiver is done through the Captin platform. To do so, you can follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the Captin platform via onboarding.captin.com and select your portfolio.
2. Click on the "Choices" tab in the menu.
3. Select the year for which you want to issue a waiver and click the "Enter" button.
4. Make your choice, then click "Confirm".
5. After entering your choice, you will receive an automatic confirmation in your Captin account.

Refer to the attached PDF for visual instructions and examples of the registration process. If you change your mind later, you can still modify your choice by clicking "Edit" in the Captin platform.
