Triodos Bank certificate holders have the option to register a waiver for a specific period, such as the calendar years 2024 through 2027. This waiver entails the certificate holder transferring their voting rights to the Triodos Bank Share Administration Foundation (SAAT). This means that SAAT will vote on behalf of the certificate holder at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) or Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM). The certificate holder has the option to revoke the waiver at any time, up to 2 days before the meeting. After the meeting, the option to modify the waiver is reactivated.
