Captin has the authority to modify the fees and charges for transactions and/or the use of the Market. Captin may change these fees and charges for various reasons, including:
- Technological advancements.
- Upgrades or changes in the features available on the Market.
- Legal changes (e.g., changes in laws and regulations).
- Changes in the interpretation or application of the law or a view held by a regulator or other authority.
- Changes in the offering of products and services or Captin's (work) processes (such as modernization, reconfiguration, or streamlining thereof).
- Any other change in circumstances or perspective that gives Captin a reasonable interest in making the modification.
