I am unable to log in. What do I do?

If you are unable to log in, follow the steps below:

Go to the login page: https://onboarding.captin.com/login
Use the email address on which you received our invitation to log in.
If you do not remember your password, click the 'Log in' button on the login page.
Then click the link 'Forgot Password?' and follow the on-screen instructions to request a new password.
